Founded in 1878, the Mansfield Football Netball Club has spent nearly 150 years as the social and sporting pulse of our region. We aren't just a club that plays in the Goulburn Valley Football Netball League; we are a community institution built on a legacy of hard work, local talent, and the pride of the Navy and Gold.
From our historic premierships to our elite pathways that have sent local stars to the AFL and VFL, the MFNC is where the Mansfield community gathers to celebrate the spirit of country sport. The 'Eagle Army': Join the Team Behind the Team
The strength of the Eagles isn't just in our players—it’s in our volunteers. The Eagle Army is a dedicated group of locals who make game day possible. From the first gate admission to the final siren at the social rooms bar, they are the engine room of the club.
No full-season pressure. We only ask for a three-game commitment.
Roles include:

Game Day Operations: Staffing gate admissions and the canteen.

The "Can Bar" & Social Bar: Serving the faithful at our indoor and outdoor bars.

The BBQ Crew: Cooking and serving the famous Mansfield game-day BBQ.
